The Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, and compliance of assigned department in order to achieve corporate objectives.
This role is highly visible, communicating regularly with senior leadership across the organization.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in a Biological, Chemical or Clinical Laboratory Science.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in high complexity testing in the designated specialty.
Grossing experience a plus.
Relevant leadership experience.
Meet CLIA requirements (CFR. 493. 1483), when applicable.
Meet CAP requirements (GEN.53400) for a Technical Supervisor.
Must be ASCP certified, or equivalent.
