• Seeking an experienced Human Resources Director for a growing organization in St. Petersburg, Florida.
• Position oversees the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consults with Department Heads on strategic planning; and serves as a link between an organization's management and its employees.
• Ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of HR laws, compensation, benefits, organizational planning and development, employee relations, safety, and training and development and has a demonstrated ability to lead and develop the PR department team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.
• Five or more years of HR Management experience required.
• SHRM-CP Certification or PHR Certification required and responsible for meeting required CEU’s to maintain active certification.
