Assistant Director of Nursing Registered Nurse MDS Coordinator (RN): Long Term Care Job#15982955
This ADON/MDS Coordinator has 24-hour accountability for the care of all residents at this long-term care facility. Oversight of CNA Staff in Charge Nurse Absence or all nursing staff in DNS Absence.
Position Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited program of nursing education.
Licensure in the State of Oregon as an RN.
Experienced in the care of the geriatric resident as evidenced by completed courses and clinical practice. RCM course within 6 months of hire.
BLS certificate.
Self-Motivated and able to contribute new ideas.
Customer focus.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Administration
Certification in areas related to Geriatric Care
