Operations Manager/Office Job Opportunity for a High-End Med Spa in a plastic surgery practice - New York City, NY Job#16297613 Well established plastic surgery practice with a MedSpa is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for their MedSpa. Responsibilities include managing provider and staff schedules ensuring the spa is adequately covered, oversee day-to-day management of spa, audit and update training and onboarding material, assesses workflows, processes and procedures, develop best practices, and more.
Two or more years of experience in aesthetics or plastics.
Aesthetics experience - at a high-end medical office/spa experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, to include group presentation skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills
Strong organization, time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Leadership, teaching, team building, and motivational skills
Strong relationship building and influential skills.
