Operations Manager/Office Job Opportunity for a High-End Med Spa in a plastic surgery practice - New York City, NY Job#16297613
Well established plastic surgery practice with a MedSpa is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for their MedSpa. Responsibilities include managing provider and staff schedules ensuring the spa is adequately covered, oversee day-to-day management of spa, audit and update training and onboarding material, assesses workflows, processes and procedures, develop best practices, and more.
  • Two or more years of experience in aesthetics or plastics.
  • Aesthetics experience - at a high-end medical office/spa experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, to include group presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills
  • Strong organization, time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership, teaching, team building, and motivational skills
  • Strong relationship building and influential skills.
  • Ability to work with an ever changing to do list.
  • Budgeting and strategic planning skills
