Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and operational processes effectively.
Thorough understanding of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement methodologies.
