  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and operational processes effectively.
  • Thorough understanding of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement methodologies.
