Provide exceptional medical care to patients.
Collaborate with site supervisors and Charge RNs to support staff and services.
Coordinate with other medical directors and associate medical directors.
Ensure consistent patient experience and staff expectations.
Engage in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Supervise and lead physicians and advanced practice providers.
Must have a medical degree, residency training, and be certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Vermont medical license and CPR certification required.
