• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within a medical or dermatology practice.
• Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably within a dermatology practice.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of medical office operations, including billing, coding, and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in office software and practice management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
