• Experienced physician or recently completed resident will be considered.
• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine graduate.
• Fellowship desirable but not required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician.
• Active, non-probationary physician license.
• Prescriptive authority.
