• Experience in a Plastic Surgery office, surgical center, or outpatient clinic coordinating patient care or scheduling.
• Strong familiarity with medical terminology, basic surgical workflows, and proficiency with EMR/EHR and practice‑management systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and knowledge of insurance types, prior authorization, and basic medical billing concepts preferred.
