Excellent opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator. This position schedules and confirms patient appointments, greets patients, and maintains accurate records while supporting physicians and staff with referrals, insurance verification, and administrative tasks. The role upholds clinic policies, quality standards, and patient confidentiality in compliance with regulatory requirements. • Experience in a medical or surgical practice coordinating patient appointments, pre‑op logistics, and day‑to‑day clinical operations.
• Proven ability to manage insurance and cosmetic scheduling, including deposits, invoices, quotes, and follow‑up documentation in spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, HIPAA‐compliant record‑keeping, insurance verification, referrals, and coordination with billing and surgical facilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to support physicians, staff, and marketing activities while adapting to changing clinic processes and handling multiple administrative tasks.
