Experience working in a cosmetic‑focused dermatology or aesthetic environment, with a strong background in injectables, laser or energy‑based devices, and non‑surgical facial‑rejuvenation treatments.
Strong skills in patient education, including explaining cosmetic treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare, as well as guiding patients through personalized aesthetic‑skin‑care regimens.
Proven ability to manage a busy cosmetic patient panel efficiently, including documentation, scheduling follow‑ups, and maintaining a high standard of patient satisfaction and safety.
Comfortable working primarily in a cosmetic model, including cosmetic consults, body‑contouring or skin‑tightening adjuncts, and integrating minimally invasive aesthetic procedures into long‑term treatment plans.
Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in California and an active DEA registration.
