Licensed Family or Internal Medicine Physician interested in dermatology
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from accredited institution

Prior dermatology exposure (rotations/electives/experience) a plus
Active Oregon physician license and DEA registration (or eligibility)
