Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver full-spectrum primary care services in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include wellness visits, evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, patient education, and coordinated care management. • Active Florida APRN or PA license
• ANCC or AANP certification required
• BLS required; DEA preferred
• 3+ years of primary experience
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
