A community-centered healthcare organization in eastern Oregon is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in a scenic rural setting surrounded by mountains and outdoor recreation. The Occupational Therapist will provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based treatment across inpatient, outpatient, home-based, swing bed, and long-term care settings to improve patient independence, safety, and functional ability in daily living activities; competitive compensation package.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a Master’s Degree or higher
Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the State of Oregon
Experience providing inpatient, outpatient, or home health rehabilitation services
Strong clinical skills in ADLs, functional training, and adaptive equipment recommendations
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
