A community-focused healthcare organization in eastern Oregon is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its Rehabilitation Services team in a rural mountain valley setting offering both inpatient and home-based care. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility across inpatient, outpatient, transitional care, and home health settings; competitive compensation package.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Oregon
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Experience or strong interest in neuro, vestibular, orthopedic, cardiac rehab, or chronic pain management
Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and patient-centered care skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for home-based care services
