Active and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
Current DEA registration and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of one year of primary care experience

Strong communication, patient education, and team collaboration skills
Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
