A well-established dermatology practice in northwestern Arkansas is seeking a Dermatology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its clinical team in a high-volume outpatient setting. The provider will evaluate and manage a broad range of medical and cosmetic dermatology conditions, including chronic skin disease management and elective aesthetic services as applicable, within a collaborative physician-led environment, offering a competitive compensation package. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working under a board-certified dermatologist
Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license with eligibility to practice in Arkansas
Strong proficiency in general medical dermatology including diagnosis and management of common skin conditions
Ability to perform independent patient evaluations while working within established clinical protocols
Interest in cosmetic dermatology services preferred but not required
Excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and patient communication skills
