Orthopedic Surgeons Job Openings – General, Hand/Wrist and Total Joint – Southern Oregon Job#16870634

A respected, award-winning nonprofit health system in southern Oregon is hiring several orthopedic surgeons to grow its hospital-employed orthopedic service, and it is considering general orthopedic surgeons as well as candidates with a focus on hand and wrist surgery or total joint replacement. You will join a small, expanding team of one orthopedic surgeon and one orthopedic physician assistant, so you can shape referral patterns, clinic workflows and the surgical services the region will rely on for years. Procedures are performed in a new, modern 225-bed hospital equipped for a full range of orthopedic care. The compensation structure includes an excellent negotiable salary, a large signing bonus and a production bonus with very strong projected earnings, plus comprehensive benefits and help with relocation. The organization’s nonprofit status makes the role eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness, and it sponsors both H-1B and J-1 visas.
