Rheumatology Physician - Rheumatologist
A respected rheumatology private practice in northern California is seeking a rheumatologist to join an established rheumatologist in a highly desirable coastal university community. This traditional outpatient role has no inpatient duties and no call, so physicians can enjoy an excellent work-life balance while caring for a loyal, established patient base. In-house infusion centers support comprehensive patient care, and the practice projects strong income potential from day one. Compensation includes a guaranteed salary with an optional signing bonus structure, a productivity bonus, a full benefits package, relocation assistance and a clear path to partnership.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Rheumatology fellowship
- Board certified or board eligible in Rheumatology
- Active California medical license or the ability to obtain one
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Interest in long-term practice ownership or partnership
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, patient-focused approach
