This position schedules and confirms patient appointments, greets patients, and maintains accurate records while supporting physicians and staff with referrals, insurance verification, and administrative tasks. • Experience in a medical or surgical practice coordinating patient appointments, pre‑op logistics, and day‑to‑day clinical operations.
• Proven ability to manage insurance and cosmetic scheduling, including deposits, invoices, quotes, and follow‑up documentation in spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, HIPAA‐compliant record‑keeping, insurance verification, referrals, and coordination with billing and surgical facilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to support physicians, staff, and marketing activities while adapting to changing clinic processes and handling multiple administrative tasks.
