- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited dermatology residency program.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Dermatology.
- Valid, unrestricted medical license in the State of Washington or eligibility to obtain one.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient education and shared decision making.
