- Certified Nurse Midwife with active Illinois.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Midwifery.
- Eligible for DEA registration and prescribing privileges.
- Experience managing prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and routine gynecologic care.
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-focused and team-oriented approach.
- Commitment to continuing education, quality improvement initiatives, and participation in shared call responsibilities.
