A community-focused behavioral health practice in western Illinois is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient mental health services in both clinic and telehealth settings. The provider will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of psychiatric conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support underserved patient populations while enjoying a competitive compensation package.

Master’s degree with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
Board-certified or board-eligible as a PMHNP.
DEA registration or eligibility to obtain prescribing authority.
Experience evaluating and treating patients with acute and chronic mental health conditions in an outpatient setting.
Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative care skills with a commitment to serving diverse patient populations.
