- The provider will deliver individualized wellness services, including bio-hormone replacement therapy, medically supervised weight loss, joint injections, and PRP treatments.

- Previous experience with bio-hormone replacement therapy, medically supervised weight loss, joint injections, and PRP is required.
- Experience in concierge medicine or an integrative wellness setting is strongly preferred.
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification.
- Current Georgia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure or eligibility to obtain.
- Strong interest in functional, integrative, and regenerative medicine.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to individualized patient care.
