General Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon Job Opening in Minneapolis, Minnesota Job#16860462
Our client is a well-established, physician-founded dermatology group with multiple offices across the Twin Cities, and this opening is at its busy clinic just south of Minneapolis in eastern Minnesota. The physician in this role will divide time between general medical dermatology, treating everything from acne, eczema and psoriasis to suspicious moles, and performing Mohs micrographic surgery for basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and other skin cancers. You will work alongside a team of experienced physician assistants and nurse practitioners, with the support of an in-house cosmetic, laser and phototherapy program, and the practice offers a competitive compensation package for the right physician.
Qualifications
- Experience in both general dermatology and Mohs surgery; new graduates who have finished fellowship are encouraged to apply
- Completed fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery
- Comfortable seeing a high-volume clinic schedule and building a loyal patient base
- Board certified or board eligible in dermatology through the American Board of Dermatology
- Board certified or board eligible in Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery
- Active Minnesota medical license, or eligible to obtain one, along with an active DEA registration
