Urology Physician - Urologist

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing, award-winning nonprofit health system in southern Oregon that is adding three urologists to an established hospital-based team. You will join five urologists and four urology physician assistants in a full-scope general urology practice with a robotic surgery program, caring for patients in both the clinic and the operating room. Call is shared on a 1-in-6 rotation, which supports a sustainable workload as the practice grows. The compensation package includes a highly competitive base salary, a signing bonus, productivity and quality incentives, relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package, with terms open to negotiation. Because the employer is a nonprofit organization, the position qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness, and J-1 and H-1B visa waiver sponsorship is available.

Qualifications
- Physician (MD) who has completed an accredited urology residency
- Board certified or board eligible in urology
- Eligible for an Oregon medical license
- Experience with or interest in robotic-assisted surgery
