Gastroenterologist – General and Advanced GI Job Opening in Southern Oregon Job#16870627

An award-winning nonprofit health system in southern Oregon that is expanding its hospital-employed gastroenterology service and has openings for both general and advanced GI physicians. You will join a growing group of nine gastroenterologists and three advanced practice providers, sharing a busy mix of consultations, inpatient care and endoscopic procedures. Advanced-trained physicians will have the chance to build and grow therapeutic endoscopy services for the region. The package includes a negotiable base salary, a signing bonus, productivity and quality incentives, comprehensive benefits and relocation support. As a nonprofit employer, the organization qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness and offers J-1 and H-1B visa waiver support.

Qualifications

• Physician (MD) who has completed an accredited gastroenterology fellowship
• Board certified or board eligible in gastroenterology
• Advanced endoscopy training such as ERCP or EUS for advanced GI candidates
• Eligible for an Oregon medical license
• J-1 and H-1B visa waiver candidates are welcome
