Mohs Surgery Physician - Mohs Surgeon
An established, physician-run dermatology practice is adding a highly qualified Mohs Surgeon to care for patients at its Goldsboro office, with time also spent at its Knightdale location east of Raleigh. Rising demand for skin cancer treatment drives this opening, and the role blends Mohs micrographic surgery with general dermatology, supported by seasoned physicians and staff. Doctors have a real voice in running the practice through physician-elected leadership, committee roles, and twice-yearly retreats, while a central support team handles the business side. Compensation includes a solid starting guarantee, signing bonus, uncapped productivity bonus paid each quarter, and a path to shareholder status, along with relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, a 4 to 5 day work week, and strong health, time-off, and retirement benefits.
