A growing physician-led medical spa in Miami Beach is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant to support its physician and aesthetic providers. With a licensed medical physician on staff, you will work in a true medical setting that delivers advanced aesthetic, longevity and wellness treatments. Daily work includes rooming clients, taking vitals and medical histories, and preparing treatment rooms and supplies for injectables, microneedling, laser, body contouring, IV therapy and medical weight loss visits. You will also assist providers during procedures, take before-and-after photos, maintain charts and inventory, and help with scheduling and follow-up so every client has an excellent experience. The spa is open Monday through Saturday and offers flexible scheduling. The role comes with competitive pay and long-term stability with a practice that is growing.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certificate or diploma; CMA or RMA certification preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, aesthetic or wellness practice preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and client scheduling systems
• Warm, polished, client-focused communication skills
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
