Excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to care for patients in a skilled nursing, long-term care, independent living, palliative care or hospice care. This position provides care to patients, coordinate with the PCPs, and lead systematic quality initiatives with the facilities as a medical director. Minimum requirements include:
- Current, unrestricted NP/PA license in Washington State or the ability to obtain
- Board Certification as a NP/PA
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or other senior care setting
