Plastic Surgery practice is seeking and experienced surgical/cosmetic/sales coordinator to join their team.
Schedule surgeries at various hospitals.
Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls appropriately.
Liaison to patients from initial phone call, through office consultation, follow-up communications, procedures, and postop progress.
Maintain the cosmetic surgery schedule working closely with Surgical Patient Coordinator.
Work with our Social Media Coordinator on marketing, sales initiatives, events and daily content posting.
Full-time. Monday to Friday, No weekends.
Qualifications
Must have strong cosmetic and sales background, excellent customer service skills, surgical/cosmetic scheduling, and sales experience.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong interpersonal communication skills.
Must have an understanding of aesthetic/cosmetic surgery and treatments of the face, breast and body, including non-invasive technologies.
Possess exceptional people skills and sales experience.
