This leadership role guides daily facility management, advances quality programs and accreditation efforts, spearheads expansion through new builds and acquisitions, and bridges communication between senior teams, boards, providers, and oversight bodies.
Dynamic leader with 10+ years advancing ASC operations
Expertise managing multi-site portfolios, launching new centers, integrating acquisitions, and navigating surveys/recoveries
In-depth knowledge of accreditation bodies (AAAHC, Joint Commission, etc.), CMS rules, state regulations, and facility standards (OSHA, NFPA)
Strong skills in strategic planning, physician engagement, financial modeling, revenue optimization, and team development
Comfortable with frequent travel, site assessments, etc
