Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
5+ years of clinical experience, including2+ years in telehealth
Ability to work at least 15 hours per week, including 2 weekends per month
Strong interest in next-generation digital health and mission-driven care
Proficiency in electronic medical records and telemedicine platforms
Strong diagnostic skills for adult and pediatric populations
Active state physician license and DEA registration
